Meet Our Team - History and Leadership - Experience Matters

Synergy executives bring over 100 years of combined expertise in lean manufacturing, offsite construction, and general contracting, establishing the company as an industry leader.  The founders have constructed thousands of homes and are fueled by a commitment to innovation. Their global exploration of alternative construction methods revealed the advantages of light gauge steel over traditional wood and the benefits of modular construction compared to outdated techniques.

To address the construction industry’s reluctance to change, they founded Synergy Manufacturing, LLC in 2018, opting to produce all light gauge steel components in-house. Starting with two roll forming machines, the company quickly expanded to eight to meet increasing demand. This success paved the way for the launch of Synergy Structures in 2024, which offers a diverse range of affordable housing solutions, including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), tiny homes, park models, sheds, garages, and disaster relief structures.

The leadership team is composed of experts and visionaries from the construction, manufacturing, and technology fields. Their combined experience and innovative mindset drive progress and collaboration, positioning Synergy at the forefront of the industry. By focusing on advanced technology and modern construction methods, Synergy is reshaping the future of building solutions.
